Tiffany Alvoid is an accomplished attorney and international speaker who is renowned for her expertise in workplace investigations and affectively addressing microaggressions in the workplace. Ms. Alvoid started her career as civil rights litigator. She worked as a Staff Attorney for a legal aid agency and then worked as a civil rights attorney for a plaintffs’ employment law firm. Ms. Alvoid has 10 years of experience as an in-house workplace investigator across various industries, including retail, collegiate education, and currently tech. Ms. Alvoid has earned a reputation for her critical analysis and strategic thinking.

Ms. Alvoid earned her JD from the prestigious UCLA School of Law, where she earned a concentration in Critical Race Studies. She furthered her education by completing an Inclusion and Diversity Certificate at Cornell University in 2021.
