As a UCLA School of Law graduate, employment attorney, workplace investigator, trainer, and expert witness, I help organizations navigate complex workplace issues with fairness, credibility, and practical solutions. My work is informed by years of legal experience, specialized training in inclusion, and firsthand understanding of how subtle workplace behaviors can impact employee engagement, morale, and retention.

As a Black woman who has personally experienced workplace microaggressions, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to conversations that are often difficult, nuanced, and deeply important. My goal is not to assign blame, but to help organizations create workplaces where employees can thrive and leaders can lead effectively.
